350tbi to 454tbi swap questions

Since I'm putting a new motor in because my old 350 is on its last leg, I've found a donor truck 89 k3500 454tbi that's been rolled. Has 50,000 original miles and still starts and drives. I'd like to swap that motor into my 95 1500HD with a 14 bolt and nv4500 5 speed and 2500 suspension.

So I'm trying to get an idea on everything I'd need to do

1. Are the motor mounts the same?
2. Will I need a new bell housing for my nv4500??
3. Are the ecms the same from the 89-95, i do know if I use the 95 ecm
I will have to get a new prom chip burned to run the 454.
4. I know the IAC and TPS plug ins are different on the 454 wiring harness compared to the 350 wiring harness.
5. Will I have to have a chip burned for the 454 if for my manual Trans if it has a auto in it, or can I just use the stock prom chip and the 454 ecm and wiring harness.
6. Will The 95 350 fuel pump be enough to feed the 454 tbi?

Any help would be appreciated before I fully commit and buy the donor truck! Thank you

4. I know the IAC and TPS plug ins are different on the 454 wiring harness compared to the 350 wiring harness. Just match the functions (not just wire colors) by using the pigtails off of the 89 harness.

Thank you!! Much appreciated info! But about burning chips, is there any reliable sites or anyone on this forum that can burn me a prom? I don't have the equipment to do it my self, and I've read bad things about tbichips.com
