2wd big tires?

Alright so i started a new job and i want to put some money into the truck. Few questions :

1. Offset wheels? i want em to poke, should i just go with spaces on stock wheels or is there a recommended cheap steelie or something i can rock to get the stance i want?

2. Tires. How big can i go without bl? 32? 33?

3. Tires again.. Recommended brand ? whats cheap?

Without scrubbing on stock suspension and no body lift you can run for sure 31x10.5. That is on stock wheels. Some cheaper wheels I have seen that would give you a good offset are mamba m13s

I did a spacer for 2.5 and I really couldn't go much larger than a 31. Also tires in that size were few and far between. I wish I had just done the 4" spindle lift.
