Easily, no. But anything is possible with time talent and $$$. Like said above, definitely wider. Where the dash meets the doors would need to be addressed, custom door panels? Could cut the dash in half, put a filler piece in between and recover the dash in whatever floats your boat. And then their would be getting the HVAC controls and ducts, gauges all working nice together. Would be a hell of a project, people have done crazier dash swaps I'm sure.
