Ive had adapters and spacers for 5 or 6 yrs. If you can run 22x14s and not worry adapters are fine lol.

You have been lucky for a long time. I would stop before your luck runs out. Do yor research on loads caused by caster and camber when turning and I bet you drop the spacers really quickly.
