1997 2 wd FUSE 24 4wd Circuit

The side dash #24 is listed as 4WD in the owners manual says it is for Front Axle. 4WD indicator lamp and TP2 relay (Gas engine) but what does it do on a 2WD truck? looking to tap in a key circuit for a wide band. It is hit with a volt meter when key is on and a 25 amp circuit.

From the looks of it, not much of anything. Looks like a good place to get power.
