Considering all the other issues he's having, I maintain it's gonna be ground issues or something similar. He mentioned a CTS code, headlight issues, etc.That's a thought.
...*some* GM vehicles were OBD1.5 with the 16 pin at that point.. but not the GMT400's. They went straight to OBD2 in 1996.
I'm no authority on the subject, I've just worked on a bunch of 'em. Not all of 'em. So there's the possibility that I'm wrong on this; I've just never seen one that is 1.5I wasn't aware of that... Thanks
