02 sensors not reading right .97c1500

My truck was re pinned for the 0411.it runs and drives but it's not fully tunned. I've had 2 tummer try to tune it and both have had issues with sensors reading correctly.02 and maf. Also mentioned the pcm not responding to any changes that where done.has anyone had this issue or have any info thay could help

Ring out every wire in your harness. Did you repin it? Did you have someone else do it? Check all of your grounds. Make sure you are actually correctly writing the tune to the truck if you are remote tuning.
