Below the numbers, definitely! :D
Yeah won’t go above, I even put ‘em on the bedside like SPORT or 454ss they weren’t big enough for bed side I’m thinking they are going below and furthest rear towards the door. I don’t want the to get to close to the fender flares.

What if you got that sticker a little bigger and covered up the old numbers?
I thought about covering them as it is technically the perfect spot, but being government they really just layed them on straight so it doesn’t follow that body line I would like to follow, plus I’m a fan of the old #s on there, it’s even in the tailgate and my Key. My wife left her hand bag out and I couldn’t resist the idea of adding this on…. I mean it is a school truck. “COACH” “AA Ron”. “Government cheese” poor old truck has an identity crisis’

You can flip the air dam over and add a flat piece of aluminum on the bottom with some support rods.
For less that $50 you have a front splitter to match the rear spoiler and it’s made from your factory air damn. You can leave the air dam factory like in the pic or flip it over.
Here are a few pics to give you an idea

I like that look and is definitely my budget friendly kind of stuff. I think I’ve nixed the idea of a spoiler for the rear unless it’s such a dramatic bend that if I sit on the tailgate my legs won’t hit it or get burned on raw aluminum “ I’m saying that word British style” Al u min e Um. I just can’t shake that part of what I love about having a truck at car shows and cruises is the ability to sit in the back and drink beer. Plus ladies are always looking for a place to sit. I did look at another tailgate protector wing ish. Finding info on these things that are supposed to be year specific is difficult but I swear I saw last night it was 60-3/4” so that would work and might look good with flares ?

So I have basically decided against the aluminum at this time this is the tailgate molding I saw last night. It first come al the way to the end on the truck pictured and kinda has a nice contour to it . Maybe with the flares I would like it?? I don’t know, I’m just waiting for the flares to show up so I can at least mock them up

I attend a lot of crews in, car, and truck shows. Sometimes 2 or 3, a weekend. We have a very active community of car and truck, people here, where I live. I would love to see an OBS show one day.
I don’t see why not? Get 10 guys together and go to lunch on a Saturday. Ppl will stop by and talk an they’ve got one at home yada yada. And boom. This event was already twice the size it was in April when I went with a c10
