98 5.7 Vortec Rough Idle and stumbles after running down the road for 20 mins

Hey everyone I have a 98 Chevy C2500 with the automatic transmission and my truck starts up perfectly fine and runs fine but as soon as I drive it for I'd say about 20 mins easy it decides to idle rough and shake the cab at 550 rpm and if I push the gas it struggles then runs perfectly fine...

Heater Outlet Hose for 5.7L V8 with 8A5 RPO Code (140A alternator)

So, I am going to convert from the 105 amp alternator (K60 RPO code) to the 140 amp alternator (8A5 RPO code). Part of the conversion requires using a different heater outlet hose. K60 uses GM P/N 15708635, while 8A5 uses GM P/N 15727640. The problem is that 15727640 is not available anymore...

Refurbishing Throttle Body

For the Vortec 5.7L (L31), what all would be involved in refurbishing the throttle body to a like new condition? I can replace the sensors. I can spray it thoroughly with throttle body cleaner. I am looking at some photos online, and there appears to be a bearing that the butterfly throttle...
