Got parts rolling in... I cleaned the tank out, installed new Bosch pump ( was free bc of lifetime replacent, luckily truck was vortec so itll support the swap) then sprayed the outside and cover w cheap bedliner, pic makes the finish look uneven, but its not. Finally messed with my new powder color some... Did my filler neck, thinking Ill do engine bracketry, covers, oil pan this color, just for something interesting under the hood. Also cleaned some of my dirty teenage idiocracy off the underside with the assistance of a buddy and le gf- Alwayssomethin

20x8.5/20x10 Static drop guys, quesitons. Especially Boss 338
.05"? I most definitely want almost Identical sidewall, and dont want the fronts to look stretched. The truck will sit dead level or a hair cali. But its mainly just wanting the width to fit the front wheel right. I haven't seen many 255s on an 8.5 in person though.- Alwayssomethin

2WD 4L60E to 4L80E Swap (while LS swapping truck)
Ill be running dirty dingo mounts (will I have to shorten if you have experience w this?), Are the U joints the same size for the 80E yolk or do you have to have a specific U joint for the 80 yolk and stock 60 driveshaft?- Alwayssomethin

technically, the 2 6Ls on the stand are mine, the 5.3 isnt. But I have 2 Crews with 5.3s in them, and just sold another 2010 5.3L to free up a stand a few weeks ago. All about catching a deal. If it makes you feel better, I cant afford 338s, and you have them lol- Alwayssomethin

Welll, Been kinda deep in the old crew cab as I bought a roller so I can reassemble it and get it rolling. Bought another 6L for $250.
