anyone make their own dash rattlestops like lmc or wakerj sells?

I just ordered a dash cover for my truck and want to make a set before it gets here since my dash just started to crack. I have the metal, plasma cutter, and a sheet metal break so I know I can make a set but would like to know the measurements you used, most importantly the angle you bent it...

98 5.7 vortec fuel problem?
