1990 5.7 TBI->383 EFI?

Anyone done this? Did some searching of the forum and didnt find anything at a glance. Looking to maintain daily driveability but with some balls.

1990 TBI replacing manifolds with long tubes, 02 sensor?

Has anyone put long tubes on a 90 TBI 5.7? In researching, it looks like it's best to replace the non-heated single wire stock o2 sensor with a heated 3 wire one and locate it in the collector of the header.... Does anyone have experience with this and if so, what part number? I have found...

Tonneau cover from GMT800 (2006) long bed for my GMT400 (1990) long bed?

The measurements seem to be close....? This is a fiberglass tonneau, do not know the brand...
