    After some digging, it's behind the glove box. Pull the 4 bolts holding it in, there will be three fuses. Mine was the one on the left. i.e. closest to the driver's side. Fixed my issue.

    Did you ever figure this out? Mine is doing this exact same thing. I assume there are broken/worn tooth on the gear that the actuator is on?

    I just order a 3-wire from Brian (tbichips). I'm going to play it safe and wait for that to arrive to confirm the bung size. Would hate to have to plug a bung and then punch a new one. lol.

    Oh, any idea if the bung for the stock o2 sensor is the same size as the 3 wire one? My exhaust guy wont mess with anything electrical, but he will weld a bung in the collector. I want to be sure the right size bung goes in there. Man, what a great word that is :)

    Has anyone put long tubes on a 90 TBI 5.7? In researching, it looks like it's best to replace the non-heated single wire stock o2 sensor with a heated 3 wire one and locate it in the collector of the header.... Does anyone have experience with this and if so, what part number? I have found...

    The measurements seem to be close....? This is a fiberglass tonneau, do not know the brand...
