No-Tach cluster to a Tach cluster. Plug and Play?

So what I understood is that a V8 cluster wont work on my V6?? If not is there anyway I can make it work right?

Thankx for the Welcomes and definitely needs a drop with tint and different mirrors. I would like to change the grill or just paint it black.
