700r4 Rebuild Pricing

Had my '92 C-1500 700R4 done last September, as the truck turned 30 years old (158+K miles). Was told by the shop they actually remanufacture the trans. Was given a quote just under $2000, and could use my factory original core/casing. They did a fantastic job, it runs and shifts great. In...

I think the Sport and 454 S/S models came with the black bowtie. I did the paintwork on the grille surround, btw.

Hey folks, first post. Here's a pic of my 1992 Sport that my wife and I purchased in September 1992. We've kept it garaged/carported over the years. It currently has around 159K miles. Original drivetrain etc. (had the trans rebuilt last year). Will be doing some more pics pretty soon.
