Cracked dash

I was wondering if anyone has used this type of dash cover to hide cracks in their plastic, http://coverlaymfg.com/. I've got one that goes from the edge of the dash straight towards the windshield and would like to either cover or repair but not sure it this one is repairable. I'm going to try...

Gas tanks

I wasn't sure where to ask this so here goes. Does anyone know if I can swap out my 25 gallon gas tank for a 34 gallon tank? I've got the extended cab with 6 foot bed on a 98 K1500. thanks

Dash light question

I just noticed that when I turn the key on, the light switch dash light comes on, is that normal or do I have a short? Never noticed until this morning and I've been driving this truck since new LOL.

My 98 K1500

Thought I'd post a few pictures of my truck. Have had it since new in 98 and with some ideas gleaned from this forum, have it about where I want it. Next is to swap out the dash lights for LEDs.

Tail light bulb

I was curious if anyone has replaced the standard 1157 tail light bulbs with LED replacements. If so, what type would be recommended. thanks

Grill painting

New guy here. I'm in the process of changing a few things on my 98 Z71. So far I've completely rebuilt the front end, rear end, new shocks etc. Put in the "homelink" for the garage door and replaced the headlights/parking lights with clear lenses. Now I'm going to replace my stock grill for a...
