    Power locks question

    1995 k1500 Silverado ext cab. Power locks on drive and pass sides. Both sides buttons function normally when truck is on, but when it’s off the driver side button locks & unlocks and passenger side button does nothing. Is this a feature by design or is this an electrical fault?
