    I have the same problem. But i also found that the actuator closest to the gas pedal has two arms going to it. One is disconnected and i have a broken blend door. i will be taking apart the dash out of a junk tahoe i bought later this week. I'll try to shoot some pictures for yall.

    After some time and a few rattle cans of gloss black. I'm pleased with the outcome of my console. Just have to finish the lid.

    Primed the back piece of my console. I'll sand it and paint it black. Going to get the dye this week to paint the sides and top blue. As far as the lid goes I have it taken apart. I'm going to make it one piece and not worry about the tiny latch that always breaks. I'll lose a little storage...

    I think it's getting better. Got to get the epoxy built up in a few spots give it a descent sanding and then go buy the dye.

    Cup holder was broke so I epoxied the door to the back of the console. I'm also going to epoxy a piece over where the audio controls and other accessories went.
