    Wheel spacing info for lowered trucks

    Not sure if its been covered before or not but I'm looking at a set of 22x9s and I'm wondering if they'll tuck,this thread says it needs to be +19mm or higher and the ones I'm looking at are +15mm will those 4 mm make that much of a difference when trying to tuck?

    viair rebuild??

    The piston bolts to the shaft of the motor,and the cylinders slides over it,gotta cup the ring upward. Had a little phone conversation with viair earlier lol

    any one ever rebuilt a viair? I bought 2 blown 480s and 2 new pistons and 2 new cylinders. don't wanna mess up the new piston rings by shoving the cylinders on, anyone have any insight on how to do this?

    Well,fuel pump finished going out last night,55psi wasn't good enough to start it,changed that,doing the filter tomorrow,gotta change the quick connect looking thing for the heater hose too,gonna prolly change the distributor soon too,just for the hell of it,then it'll be completely new fuel...

    Okay truck is back up and running,running damn good too! No fires and no leaks,not even from the hose,anyone know how much pressure runs through the return line? Also it's hesitant to start but it'll crank up

    On second thought,does anyone see a problem with me cutting the metal line and slipping a rubber one on to get rid of the kink?? And put like 3 hose clamps on each side? We did that to an s10 once and it held up good

    Well got the bracket,then put the truck back together,started it and it ran way better than before,then noticed the fuel line wasnt sealed and was leaking pretty bad,so I went kill the fuel pump to get rid of the fuel psi to fix it and by the time I got back to the front of the truck it was on...

    Haha yeah I had the new one sitting on the bench and I was waiting for it to crawl off,but good news is its almost all the way back together,but I gotta make a trip to the junkyard to find the little bracket that holds the fuel line to the injectors

    I didn't check to see if the bolt is tight or not,just noticed that the bracket was loose when I popped the injectors out,and cool deal with the ports lol it just didn't look right to me

    Well the bracket that holds the injectors is loose,and there's 2 ports under the upper intake toward the front of the intake,1 comes straight up and the other is a 90 degree elbow,is there anything thats supposed to go between them?

    Yupp lol didn't notice even notice at first lol and I was missing like 4 bolts In the back,guess that may have something to do with the loose distributor and throttle body I found when I did my tune up
