    A/C problems

the compressor also makes a sorta whining noise when running like a bad bearing or something and when the clutch disengages and stops spinning it kinda makes a pinging noise that really noticeable. The compressor was prefilled with 3oz of oil so im not sure if it needs more oil or if its...

    Front differential swap

So theres two connections on the older diff and my stock only has one, do you mean swap the big solenoid looking thing from my new one? Because the other connection is something that almost looks like a temp sensor but it has a button on the end of it and im not sure what it actually is.

    Front differential swap

I bought a 8.25" from a 1992 k1500 PU to put into my 1998 k1500 PU because the gears match my rear. I realized after buying it that the 92' diff that i bought has what i believe to be a thermal actuator or some kind of actuator that my stock 98' differential does not have which means there is an...

    6" lift vibrations

Just installed 6" rc on my 98 k1500, i have stock gearing in the rear end which i believe is 3.83. not sure if its gearing causing the vibration but at any speed it feels like rear end is bouncing. Im unsure if something is loose, the gearing is just causing weird tire rotation, my tires are...

I have a 6" lift on my 98 k1500, I found a cheap set of 36"x14.5r17 tires and was wondering if anyone is running this tire size on a 6" lift? If so do you have any problems and how much trimming did you have to do?
