Fuel Pump Option

Could one of these be used on a stock truck with plans of more power down the road? What if any modifications do you have to do to put it in?

Misfire and rough running 98 k2500 5.7

Will check MAF reading. Checked for codes with a scanner and nothing came up. Plug wires are new accel ones. Will check fp while driving. I’ll start a new thread next time. Thanks!
