    Try using paint geared to heavy equipment or farm equipment the stuff is usually tough as nails. Temco and Tractor Supply also has a line of equipment enamel (made by Valspar IIRC). This stuff is geared toward severe duty. Just a few suggestions.

    Well I never tried it on TBI engines but I did it many times on some of my old school rides it does work . One thing to make sure is just a slow trickle while the engine is running. It will cough and "gag" but it will (assuming carbon was an issue) clean it.

    At first I just kind of skimmed through until I got to the picture with the "Nostril Bumper" Nice Find and a stick to boot. I have a '96 RCLB with a 6.5 mileage is very good and power really isn't too bad. I have done a few mods.
