Z71 Tow Hooks?

I love the look of the Z71 front valance and tow hooks, but after searching all over the place I can't seem to find a reproduction of the tow hooks. I found a remake of the valance after struggling a bit, but the only tow hooks I've found were used and in poor condition. Does anybody know where...

Budget Lowering

I would like to affordably lower my 1989 c1500 standard cab 2WD a reasonable amount, but I'm unsure of the best way to do so. Everybody talks about lowering kits, but they all seem a bit expensive for my budget. 4/6 drop would be ideal and I'd like to stiffen it up a bit for better highway...
