Update i went under the truck and grabbed the suspected worn axle and it seems like the play comes from where the axle bolts on to the big diff case

Questions about 4x4 engagement

I recently noticed that my k1500 shakes the front right tire when in 4x4. Ive probably had that shake since i bought it but i never noticed it on ruff terrian .im assuming its the half shaft .when in 4x4 it takes a good minute until it disengages would that be the encoder motor, front axle...

Protruding headlights

Hey guys thanks for the help i ended up changing over to a sierra grill and got a new set of headlights. The kit was 70 bucks well spent the headlight dont stick out anymore.

Protruding headlights

It went from wt to silverado its a 98 sierra sl. I dont know if the lights are oem they do look original. The grill was givin to me by an uncle so maybe he got me a grill and headlight from different year trucks. I dont know what you meant by flavor

Protruding headlights

Hello i was recently gifted a used silverado grill and headlights from an uncle and fit right in place of the sealed beams but yesterday i noticed that the headlights come out a quarter to half an inch. Did i get the wrong headlights or brackets? Thanks
