What would be the downside of it being narrower? If the mounts are still the same for the leafs?

I am swapping a 10 bolt from my 97 Chevy k1500 to a 14 sf from a c2500 will the mounts match up? Besides doing a conversion u joint?

97 Chevy k1500 camber issue

Hey all, I got a 97 Chevy k1500 6 inch lift with 37's Ever since I snapped my lower ball joint I've had bad camber tipping in at the top, All ball joints were replaced along with tie rods. Was wondering if I could get more ideas on how to fix it, Alignment tech said he couldn't turn bolt...
