94 Cummins Gauge Wiring, No Computer

Ok well I have everything wired up but the gauges. When I bought the truck it came without the engine wiring harness and computer. I just have the dash harness and headlight harness to work with. I got the Cummins to crank, fire, and then shut down with the key. Now I am having a really hard...

Where does this plug go??

This plug is right above the blower motor, I don't know if it plugs into the HVAC some where or the computer because I don't have a computer in my truck. My dome lights or HVAC don't work.

How does the dash fuse box get power from the battery?

This may sound like a ridiculously stupid question but how does the fuse box get power? Is there a diagram to show it? Or does it all get power from the wire from the battery to ignition? Maybe I'm an idiot but this has stumped me haha. Thanks guys :hmm:
