Not trying to correct you but manufacturers variations come from the winter vs summer viscosity. That’s what the W stands for is wetherand that has to do with atmospheric pressure the change That cold weather does to it.

If you're talking to me, I'm not sure where you're going with this, or what it's got to do with using what the OP said, but I'd say that I have a hard time agreeing with most of what you just typed, b/c to ME it makes little sense. And finally, IDK what "atmospheric pressure change" has to do with the price of bread. I'm sure there is a legitimate point to what you're asking above, but IDK what it is.
