They're out of production, and no one reproduces them. Only way to obtain them is score them in the treasure yard or off of fleabay.

The best solution I've managed to find on fleabay is to buy a fuel rail assembly for like $500. Otherwise you just have to get lucky in the treasure yards or craigslist.
