For the ashtray just use a standard 194 LED of your choice. Personally I use a 360 degree with 5 SMD chips on it.
You will need to remove the plastic shroud that kind of forces the light downwards. I just wedged my LED into the hole in the top of the ashtray that the shroud is supposed to clip to in a way that most is stuck through it.
