Hey guys first post here. Just got a 93 K2500 donated to me with a blown head gasket on the 5.7L. The drivers side head cracked and I am trying to figure out how to get this thing fixed for cheap. It will be a firewood truck/plow truck and that is it. The engine only has 116k miles so hoping it wont be too bad.
I was given a good head from a local shop but after getting it home I realize it is a 191 head and my truck came with 193 heads. First question is can this thing work with two different heads? I keep reading they are similar or the same or different haha. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
