hahaha. Tires are brand new. First time it broke left turn, second time straight ahead on pavement both times. Very light pedal as well. I’m talking under 15 mph.
Drives zero issues 2wd. 80 all day highway. Lift is 4 inch and new. Never had issue before lift was installed. It’s stock 4.11s all around. I’m wondering if diff is screwed up some how. Was fine before lift installed

I put into 4wd and bang. I do t get 40 yards. Second time happened. Was in snow and started to bang bang bang the. This happened. I added 1/2 wheel spacers...
Thanks for reply’s. After talking wt shop and suspension connection then tuff country rep it’s suggested I use 1/2 spacer on the axles due to lift and axles being not long enough. They are being sent and obviously I’ll have a new axle installed.

Had a Tuff Country 4 inch lift installed. At same time new front passenger axle.
Driven about 500 miles and zero issues.
I placed into 4wd other day and got about 16 feet and from passenger axle popped out. Like it’s not in front diff any...
FWIW...I did a 4 inch tuff country lift on my Burb 2500. Its not "monster truck" and alignment was all in the green immediately. No hassle and ride quality is better then stock or as good. Yes it was a $1400 kit with shocks and takes some cutting drilling and exhaust fab but as they cry once.
Hello folks. Just finished a install on 97 suburban 2500 454.
Used the TC 4 inch lift and wasn’t not simple bolt on instal and does not take 10-12 hrs. Regardless I think looks great and rides nice. Alignment was dead on in the green. Shocked. Exhaust wasn’t terribly hard but wasn’t expected...
