Heat shield on starter had slide forward and was touching the positive terminal on the starter and shorting it out. Blew the 40 amp fuse again. Fuse replaced and shield repositioned correctly and problem solved.
Not sure where this was supposed to go so I stuck it here.
Drove the truck to the golf course today and everything was fine. Got in it to leave and turned the key and nothing. No clicking or anything out of the engine. Now all the lights work and the stereo screen flips up and the power...
So I was wrong. There is a fuse in under the hood that I pulled. The light came on within a matter of minutes. However I did drive for about an hour today and it did not do it once. So I guess I covered up the issue.
Also it does not stop as well as it should when we hear that noise and it pulls left. It sounds similar to the sound you get when you slam on the brakes on ice. But not exactly the same.
So sitting here thinking and reading. I did change out the ABS sensor on the passenger side. I wonder if I could have damaged the one on the drivers side during all the repairs. The sound sounds like its coming from the drivers front tire also. Its like a small motor running.

Option 1 seems a little sketchy....
Option 2 seems expensive....
Option 3 seems time consuming....
I think I am going to opt to take it to a actual brake place like brakes plus or something like that and let them jack with it.
Was just sitting here thinking there are a couple other issues:
1. If you guys recall I replaced all the brakes and new master cylinder. Added new Pro Comp extended brake lines. I cannot get the brake pedal to firm up. Even had them "bleed the brakes" when they did the alignment and they...
Ok sorry I have not posted updates in so long. Been tinkering around with things and finally got it where I want it....I think :)
So I got those UCA drop brackets installed. I went ahead and picked up a set of offset bushings for the UCAs. For those that dont know they offset the camber bolt...
The best I can figure out is that it is a Trail Master. Look for some stamping on the block that is mounted on top of the knuckle. Between the knuckle and UCA.
