yeah the noise came back after a few days. it doesnt do it as often as it did before. but it is still doing it from time to time. i got a set(16) lifters from a buddy all new in box for $50. but they are roller lifters like the factory ones are. everyone tells me those should NEVER go out.. so...- m13hty

impala ss rearend HELP
im sure it will still be fine tho using an acorn style lugnut especially? and i read somewhere they are 2" narrower. somebody had to of done this swap already and have some details on it- m13hty

ok guys im getting my new rearend tomorrow. its out of a police cruiser. but it looks the same as the impala ss rearend. i think i read somewhere about it being called a "9c1"? idk. whats the difference in the police interceptor rearend vs the impala ss rearend? ok guys im a newbie to this site but i searched it and couldnt find my answer. not saying it hasnt already been answered, but i cant find it.. when i start my truck first thing in the morning or after it has been sitting for awhile it "taps" for a few seconds and then fades away. its been doing...- m13hty

yeah man! i think i passed you in alachua a couple of weeks ago too. and as for my hood hinge guys it is off of a buick le sabre (like a 1989 i THINK). i had to make it like 10inches wider cause our hoods are wider than that car. but i did it in a couple hours and i LOVE it! thanks for all the...- m13hty
