    To avoid computer retuning then should I just avoid upgrading to the vortec engine, and stay with what I have? And then upgrade to a powerful roller cam, get a new intake manifold(if necessary do the TBI adapter on a carb manifold), upgrade the exhaust headers, and an MSD ignition system? Also...

    Well currently I have a TBI 350 that has EFI, no vortec heads though. Should I just build up from what I currently have, or swap it out? What's your advice?     finally got my rear 20x10 boss 338's in, mounted the tires and put em on the truck. then got my clear parking lights on. still awaiting new pigtails to switch from sealed beam to composite lights..

    True enough, but I like to stand out, and thats becoming harder with these trucks as the popularity of them increases. However the positive side to that, is more options become available for them.

    Since this thread is based around the 95+ model years, does anyone have any clue about the cluster and HVAC in an 89 chevy? I've seen literally no mention of this year and was hoping someone knew what was needed so I don't have to pull the cluster & HVAC twice.
