Failed GA emissions test. Need help.

Yeah, I'm aware of what the readings indicate, however it's not as simple as just popping off the head and having a look. It's kind of a tossup on fixing this one or putting a good used engine in it for the time being. I have to juggle time and expenses. I'm thinking about getting a decent used...

UPDATE: I did everything I needed to do in preparation for passing the emissions test and was going to take it to the testing facility this week. I put all AC Delco tune up parts and all new egr components and checked to make sure egr passages were clear. A few days ago it developed a dead...

Last year I moved to the Atlanta area. Metro area ATL requires passing emissions testing for vehicles under 25 years old. I lived in Tallahassee, FL for many years and there is no emissions testing there. My truck is a '94 3/4 ton 5.7 with about 250k miles. It runs pretty well considering it's...

Exhaust flange gaskets

Hey guys, I'm doing all my exhaust gaskets today. My question is which exhaust flange gaskets do I use on my stock '94 5.7? There are 2 part numbers for Fel Pro, 60584 and 60718. Each has slightly different specs.
