    P1351 code HELP

    i recently washed my truck(under the hood) and now its running very rough and giving a p1351 code (Ignition control circuit voltage high) i replaced the ICM, and its still acting up.it feels similar to when my distributor went out,except for now it has kind of a hard start.

    It ran when he brought it home (all way from Kentucky) but when put to the floor its being limited to 3000 rpm.i figured its gotta be a timing issue. And i made sure to unplug the ETC wire before messing with the distributor. As of not it wont even try to start

    Thank you^^ very helpful. It has the IAC in it,i ment to say Intake air temp sensor is absent. It has the original air lid/snorkel from the monte on it and has no sensor in it. I do have a computer from my pld 305 (L03) camaro. Think we should swap that in? Last night we replaced the intake...

    Also the coolant temp sensor is broke off. The iac sensor isnt hooked to anything.
