Thank you, for the responses and input. It will probably sit on a shelf in my officecave. It’s safe because there isn’t a single cassette player on the property, and hasn’t been one for probably 10 years.
They are fundamentally. I’m looking for something to use those bolts to do a kinda, rat truck/ biker detail. Maybe something to also hide the plug wires. Not sure what I want, until I see it
I just realized that the instrument cluster on my 92 Blazer, is an 85mph, 5000rpm model. I’m hoping that this configuration will be woefully inadequate, with the stroker I’m installing. What is the most economical fix for this
I’m building as many posts as I can. With that, what’s the correct sealing procedure on a crankcase pan on this 383 I’m putting together. Do I put a bit of Red RTV on the corners of the oil pan, if so, both sides of gasket? Or is that only for the four piece pan gaskets.
After getting a base gasket, and scribing a line the size of the bore, I used a die grinder, and rounded the manifold to to the gasket size. Now the 50mm butterflies don’t come in contact with the manifold, hopefully this will work, and it was economical.
