    Bummer, I was looking for a quick fix. Thanks for the tip on Cunningham's. In order to put in new pins and bushings, do I have to remove the door? Can I just prop the door up and try to do it like that?

    Did you replace the Pitman arm? I recently replaced it and had to loosen my steering box. As I took my first test drive, I wonder what that clunk is every time I turn. Oh yeah! I forgot to reinstall the steering box! But like @Schurkey said, dozens of possibilities.
