The Schrader valve is the leak. The cap will not hold the freon in the AC system. You will need to get a Schrader valve tool to remove it. Hit a dead end, need new diagnostic ideas!!
Just an FYI: Camshaft retard offset will not read correctly with the engine below 1000 rpm. You'll get the correct reading at or above 1100 rpm. I usually set it at 1200 rpm.- 96Z71ECSB

Rodger that. It's more than likely an inaccurate gauge. I did delete my oil cooler lines before my engine spun a rod bearing. I saw no rise it engine temps. As implied earlier in this thread, any decent 4 channel amp will run eight 4ohm speakers (two per channel wired in parallel).
