    L31, I have to use a Hei distributor on the motor I am building. If you had to buy one, where would you purchase it at? Also coil in cap or separate? There is a lot of junk out there now.

    A very good instructor is https://www.transmissionbench.com/. The guy is very through and does things very logical and slow so you can learn. I have picked up a ton watching him . Some specialists advise not replacing the turbine teflon shaft seals at all because I suppose the chance of tearing...

    Thanks for the info. I thought that the 406e's were better than the 700r4's. I have got a couple of those that I am going to attempt to go through. I have done quite a few YouTube videos so far and as I have been a power plant mechanic for 30 years I might be able to do this.

    492 cam ??? I don't remember that one. I remember you back in the day on third gen as 355 something. You always had very interesting builds! Those cam numbers are all some for a street car! Keep up the good work.

    True. Nascar Cup cars have spring rates of about 450 lbs compression per inch on the right front , about 400 left front and 400 each on the back. The front sway bar is 2 inches in diameter!!!
