It looks like one sold at Barrett-Jackson, though there's a caveat in the listing that it cannot be registered or driven on public roads and was sold as a salvage title. Their listing description reads just like the classified ad:

I kind of remember hearing that GM prototypes are normally destroyed due to something with the VIN being invalid or non-existent, meaning that the vehicle cannot be registered.
Ahhhhhh prototypes. The **** you hear about every so often. If you go to Detroit, there's literally hundreds of old buildings FULL of one off prototypes from decades ago. I've seen one of these relics stashed away in a dealership pole barn in my little town. The owner's son in law showed it to me. Never titled. No vin. Technically the car doesn't even exist. He said there's thousands of prototypes stashed away in buildings that will likely never see the light of day. Most people have no clue they even exist. And technically they don't.
