What kind of engine oil do you prefer to use guys?

I usually use Pennzoil 5W-30.

synthetic or semi-synthetic ?
just thinking about new oil for my truck... choosing between GM synthetic 5-30 Dexos 2, synthetic Mobil X1, synthetic Petro Canada...Pennzoil expensive here, 76, Amsoil is really expensive too lol
Now I have Liqui Moly semi synthetic but I think synthetic will be better for engine. What a difficult choice

Personally I use regular conventional oil in both of my trucks (and both cars!). I've considered swapping to synthetic a few times, but my trucks engines have never been rebuilt and they still run great and are very clean under the valve covers. If conventional was good enough for GM at the factory, it's good enough for me! I think as long as you change it frequently enough you'll never have issues.

I think the pump needs to be replaced because its wining and shaking, but the pulley looks questionable too

My fuel line on my fuel pump doesn't have the prongs to stop it from coming off. It has a yellow and black gasket with a black plastic piece. How does everything sit back in place. Thank you.

My truck cranks but won't start. Getting fuel, but not getting a pressure reading at fuel pressure check valve. Is it possible for fuel pump to pump fuel but not at sufficient pressure. I get zero pressure reading, but I am getting fuel to the throttle body. Appreciate any help you can provide....

Fuel filter/lines may be clogged or pinched, in tank filter may be stopped up, bad seal or fuel pump. Injectors could be clogged, lots to look at

Got a question I recently replaced my motor with a new crate motor. I have not even put 3,000 on it yet but is slow starting kinda like the battery is losing juice but it a brand new battery. What could be my problem?

Check alternator output. Checks your grounds. There is one behind the motor that seems to always cause issues. Also check for Parasitic battery drain.

Just because a battery is brand new doesn't necessarily mean it's good, I'd start with the easy stuff and get it load tested. Any decent parts store will do it for free.
