88-98 Bucket seat alternatives

So I searched everything and I've only seen one new chevy seat and all the questions asked about them were left unanswered .... so do they sit closer to the dash than stock? Are they taller? Is it just a drill new holes and bolt in? Any help?

Alrighty just want to make sure before I pull the plug on a set of seats and they don't fit

If nothing else, your seat risers should bolt right up to the later model seat. But i dont think you'll run in to any problems.

Got a couple questions after reading through this a couple of times. I have a 1997 CCSB and am looking at options.
1. Will the 99+ seats out of a burb or hoe bolt onto my tracks?
2. Will Bonneville back seats work in my truck also?

Would the second row seat in a 97 burb bolt onto my front seat frames? Like the ones in the CL link below. That would fix the whole seat belt situation.

the quick access for the 96+ extended cab seats have a different hole pattern in the floor same width but longer than normal buckets thats why when you go to install them in place of a bench you only get 1 hole to line up

I bought some bucket seats and console from a 93 ext cab and want to put them in my 1990 std cab . What should I expect , this will be my first seat swap.

When you guys say the NNBS 07+ buckets will work, are you referring to drilling new holes in the floor or just modding the obs risers? My father and I just bought a 97 Yukon 2 door and don't like the seats.
