I'd like to throw some pyo wheels on, clean it up a little and fix a few mechanical things.

Being a family man, it'll be the perfect family cruiser.

454, 4l80e, manual shift transfer case, 4.10s, g80 locker, power leather interior, power windows and locks with factory keyless.

Just had the entire frontend rebuilt, top end of motor rebuilt, has 208k on it. Was parked due to a leaking oil cooler line.

What's the difference

Depends on the options spec'd out. The difference between 2500s and 3500s isn't nearly as huge as the difference between 1500s and the HD trucks.
