and heres the version using greatwhites write up for the 4hi mod, with only 2 relays!

You must be registered for see images attach

That works for my design. The only difference is that I use relays with two 87 pole contacts and run seperate wires to each light.

or in my case HID ballasts.

That's how I'm doing mine. I have all the parts now. Just waiting for the weekend so I have time to put it all together.

Where do you guys typically purchase wiring/relays/etc from?

Meh, here, there, anywhere.

I go for best price to be honest.

A 40A relay is a 40A relay as far as I'm concerned. Same wire copper wire.

They're all made in china these days anyways no matter what the store tells ya.....

Ah ok, I purchase quite a bit of electrical supplies for commercial facilities but never for automotive applications.

Is there are is any difference in the cable used in a car compared to conduit in a building, other than the gauge and flexibility of the cable?

Exactly. Which is why I don't understand why people would pay $70 more for mean greens harness when it does the same thing as the lmc one

Well the biggest difference between the two would be the gauge of wire used, so they aren't EXACTLY the same thing (but I agree it's not worth $70 more)

I bought the relays from amazon. Then I got some 14gauge speaker wire for the lights. Then I got 10 gauge wire from orielly for the power and ground. All the connectors also came from orielly. Full insulated and water proof.

I prettying went for best prices and most convenience for me. I have amazon prime so 2 day at most shipping and a few orielly stores near my house.
