Also on that eBay add it said the light won't fit extended cabs or models built June 1998 and after??!

Same fitment as the one on my '98. Doesn't fit the roofline or the gasket. Leaks like a sieve! POS!

yeah i saw that too but i assumed thats cuz they started making nbs around that time for the model year 99 in september or october whenever it is

great.....ive had it since this last spring and havent noticed anything yet but im just throwing the stock one back on till i find a better one if i find a leak

Atleast you guys got a third tail! mines an ugly chrome thid brake light?! ive been wanting to change it to a third brake light. But im prett ysure it would involve some serious mods... So now im thinking on getting the chrome powdercoated(if its not plastic?) black, tint my stock clear lens candy red .. and hook up a brake light to it..

On with your tinting questions, We have all seen Devs; tinted tails, i own a pair! Its not that hard to do if you fallow his steps. I did my corners... If i were you guys, i would consider tinting your OEM lens. Its got the RIGHT fit, wouldnt be hard to tint, and could look mint!
