It's the Canadian warship HMCS Mayflower, a Flower-Class Corvette from WWII...

This display sits in the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY.

Yes, the Chevrolet Corvette is named after the Flower-Class Corvette warships of the British and Canadian Navies. It's one of the smallest warships, sized under a Frigate, but is highly maneuverable. Sounds like our cars.
