A fallen screw...

As I was driving I felt something hit my right foot. At first I thought it was a big gross bug but nope! This random screw fell out from under the dash. Any ideas my genius friends?:/

looks like a trim screw, may have been in there from the factory

That appears to be the size of the screws used to hold plastic trim on the dash. I would start there and see if one worked loose and fell out.
