Negotiate down to around 4500-5000 and then maybe.

Heck, I only paid 5,000 for my 98 K2500 6.5 TD......

I wouldn't pay over 5 anyway if it was in great shape. Yeah the mileage isn't too bad but I've owned vehicles much older with way less miles. Then again, the 200k mile c1500 I had was awesome

I doubt you get it for 5. If its what you want an is clean the price is about right for the mileage. C2 got 6200 for his I believe....

That really is only a guide, not gospel lol. These trucks really hold there value in really good shape. Hope you can talk him down though. 5500 would be a good deal if it's nice IMO....
