my honest opinion, i got headers and changed all my tubing from 2.25 to 2.5. i did a cat delete, into two magnaflow mufflers, straight out the back with a cat back set up. Its the best sound ive heard yet! i meant no cats isnt legal, but no one checks.

Heh...not sure what size piping a 454 would have but I gotta say my 3500 has a nice rumble to it since its a stock 454 exhaust from y pipe back.

So I got a cherry bomb extreme from summit and it sounds real nice. Its just on there with a clamp right now but I'm going to get it welded. As of right now my exhaust ends at the muffler. I have to wait till I get paid again to get some tips put on it.

Get a cheap glass pack that is the same ID all the way through, pound a pipe all the way through it and clamp the ends so it stays in place, as much as I hate giving advise like that, if you want ot lound just do that. That way you have a muffler and looks legit but truethfully its just a strait pipe.
